Christopher Beach, Broker-in-Charge (BIC): Having grown up in Hardeeville, Chris is a native to South Carolina's Lowcountry region. He graduated from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business where he studied Investments Finance, International Business, and Real Estate. Chris now resides in Hardeeville, and enjoys being a caring and giving member of the community.
Dennis Beach, Co-Broker: Dennis has been working in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Dennis was the BIC and founder of Dennis Beach Realty until it was dissolved into Beach Development Group, LLC in 2007. Dennis contains a great wealth of information and knowledge about the local real estate industry, and is a valuable asset to Beach Development Group, LLC.
John Pulcini, Licensee/Business Partner: Originally from Briarcliff Manor, New York, John now lives in the City of Hardeeville. John graduated from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business with degrees in Marketing and Management Science. After college, John was employed at Milliken and Co. as their Supply Chain Specialist. Following his time at Milliken, John became a licensed agent in South Carolina and co-founded Beach Development Group, LLC.

From Hilton Head/Beaufort/Bluffton: Take Hwy 278 West to Hwy 17, turn left (stop sign) onto Hwy 17 (Whyte Hardee Blvd), our office is 1.5 miles down on the left.
From Georgia: Take I-95 north to exit 5, turn left off of the exit ramp, our office is 2 miles down Hwy 17 (Whyte Hardee Blvd) on the right.
From South Carolina: Take I-95 south to exit 8, turn right at the off ramp light, turn left (stop sign) onto Hwy 17 (Whyte Hardee Blvd), our office is 1.5 miles down on the left.
